Referral bonus calculation
Your referral bonus is calculated proportionally based on a full-time job, which is 40 hours a week. For instance, if your referral is hired for a part-time position of 20 hours a week, you will receive a €125 bonus.
How do I get my referral bonus?
To ensure that you receive your referral bonus, remind your friend to select ‘referred by a friend’ at the ‘how do you know Blended Capital?’ section when creating their account. They should then enter your email address in the appropriate field. Once your referral is successfully hired, we will send you your bonus as a token of our appreciation.
