Can I join Blended Capital if I already live in the Netherlands?

Of course! Many professionals in our network are already based in the Netherlands. We also work with candidates living elsewhere in Europe and Dutch professionals who want to return to the Netherlands.

Do you support integration and relocation to the Netherlands?

Yes. When professionals relocate to the Netherlands, we support both the company and the candidate during relocation and onboarding to help ensure a 'soft landing' in the Netherlands. This increases the likelihood of a successful, long-term hire and a more relaxed transition.

Do you only recruit international candidates?

No. Everyone is welcome that is allowed to work in the Schengen area. In rare cases, we can even manage sponsorships for those outside of the European Union. Whether you are Dutch, European of from somewhere else, you are welcome to join our platform. It is not about where you are from, it's about you.

What makes Blended Capital different from traditional recruitment agencies?

We combine a personal recruitment approach with access to an international network of professionals. Instead of focusing only on CV matching, we take time to understand the role, the team and the environment someone will join. Our goal is to create long-term matches where both the organization and the professional can thrive.

How does your pricing work?

Blended Capital works on a no cure, no pay basis. Companies only pay when a successful hire is made. The fee is 3× the gross monthly salary of the hired professional is you have chosen the Active Approach, where we look for the perfect candidate.

Do you only recruit international candidates?

No. We start by looking at the best available talent, whether locally in the Netherlands or internationally. When the right candidate cannot easily be found locally, we expand the search across Europe through our network of professionals.
