Why do we ask this?At Blended Capital, we focus on improving cultural diversity in the Dutch labor market. Therefore, the list of countries consists only of countries that are considered non-Western, so that we can guarantee that every talent on the platform brings cultural diversity with them.
When can I sign up?You are eligible to apply when:- You yourself were born in one of the countries on the list, or- One or both of your parents were born in one of the countries of the list.
My country is not listedCheck under the heading “When can I apply?” if you are eligible to create a profile. If not, Blended Capital is unfortunately not suitable for you. However, you can always refer friends! 🧡
