When Blended Capital was founded in 2021, our focus was clear: contributing to greater diversity within the Dutch labour market.
We built a platform where companies could actively connect with talented professionals from underrepresented backgrounds — people already in the Netherlands who deserved more visibility and opportunity.
And that mission still matters to us.
Dutch Roots, International Vision
Over time, we saw something else happening.
Organizations were struggling to fill increasingly complex roles — especially in IT, Data, Engineering and other specialist areas. In many cases, the Dutch market alone was no longer enough.
So in 2025, we evolved.
Blended Capital has grown from a primarily platform-based model into an active recruitment partner. Instead of waiting for the right match to happen, we now proactively source and connect companies with specialists — both within the Netherlands and across Europe.
